First Fully Round, Edge-to-Edge, CAN Display is DAME Award Nominated

The Veethree Group, global experts in CAN gauge and display technologies, have announced the nomination of their revolutionary, fully round, PCAP Touch Display to the DAME Design Award, with the winner announced at METSTRADE Exhibition in Amsterdam on the 19^th November 2019.

The globally recognised DAME Design Award focuses on everything that is important about marine equipment, such as the art and science of design, aesthetics, functionality and innovation. The judges panel consists of naval architects, boat, interior and industrial designers, as well as user experts.

As a new addition to the existing range of ruggedised CAN Displays, the revolutionary R3 aims to modernise traditional analogue gauges by offering a fully round, edge-to-edge touch screen display giving it the ability to show a number of gauge types and styles in one unit.

With completely customisable graphics OEMs have the ability to custom create a screen design from replicating traditional analogue gauge styling to more modern designs, changing looks and functions to suit any application.

Importantly the R3 can be viewed in full sunlight whilst offering protection from the elements being sealed to meet IP 67 standards. It meets the need for tough, flexible instrumentation while offering high performance and design specifications.
