This is because when ANSI B18.2.1 bolts are inserted into the product material, the combined hardness of the combination of ANSI B18.2.1 bolts does not cause many problems. Therefore, some harder materials require a combination of screws that must be heat treated. However, if the screw is not subjected to heat treatment, or the heat treatment method of the screw, the method is not good. What phenomenon will be displayed at this time is a bad, bad problem, it will show it?
      What is the problem with the heat treatment of the combined screw? According to empirical analysis, there are two cases of poor heat treatment of the combined screw. One is a combined threaded slip wire, and the other is a combined thread that is directly disconnected from the threaded head and the thread. There are two aspects of poor heat treatment. One is that the combined screw heat treatment does not meet the required hardness target, and the other is that the combined screw heat treatment hardness exceeds the specified hardness target. In other words, the combination screw is too hard. Combination ANSI B18.2.1 bolts are too hard and will only break.
      The heat treatment of the combined screws is not good. The primary reason is that the heat treatment plant, which is often referred to as the hardening factory, does not have a hard hardness when the screws are hardened. And the hardness of the screw can only be measured by the instrument. Adding a hard screw process, our screw manufacturers do not participate. Therefore, it is important to select a heat treatment and hardening plant to harden the screws. We are all selecting heat treatment plants with better hardening effect.
