How A2 Cow Milk Benefits in Heart Patients

Cardiovascular diseases are very common these days due to unhealthy lifestyles. Lot of people suffer from high cholesterol levels which lead to clogged vessels and heart attacks. Milk and dairy products are said to reduce the incidence of cardiovascular diseases and strokes.

What does study conclude?

A meta-analysis of 31 prospective cohort studies, published in 2016 by Alexander revealed that dairy/milk consumption, including full-fat dairy, resulted in a reduction of risk of a stroke by 9%.

Recently a study was conducted to understand the impact of A1 and A2 milk on rabbits for a better comparison. It was concluded that rabbits who drank A1 milk had more cholesterol in their blood levels, clogging their blood vessels and making them more prone to heart diseases.

A2 milk contains alcium, vitamin D, protein, bioactive peptides, fatty acids which makes it healthy for the body. While A1 milk contains A1 beta-casein making it unhealthy for heart patients and tends to accumulate fat in blood vessels.

Lesser Fat content

A2 milk contains less traces of Fat as compared to A1 milk. For heart patients fat is unhealthy as it could lead to heart attack by clogging the blood vessels

A2 milk as compared to any other milk is easier to digest and absorb by our body.

Healthy option for Type 1 Diabetes

A2 milk is considered healthy for people with type 1 diabetes which occurs starting very early age. Also Some studies have proven that children who drink A1 milk at an earlier age than others have a higher risk of developing type 1 diabetes.
