High chromium alloy wear-resistant surfacing composite steel plate

High Chrome White Iron Castings is a new type of high wear-resistant composite material. It adopts a new automatic metal arc surfacing process to form a hypereutectic high chromium alloy wear-resistant layer on the whole steel plate.

Its advantages are:

1. High wear resistance of high chromium composite wear-resistant steel: Wear tests show that the wear resistance of the wear-resistant composite plate is 12-18 times higher than that of low carbon steel, 5 times higher than that of stainless steel and high manganese steel, and 1 times higher than that of as-cast high chromium iron.

2. High impact resistance of high chromium composite wear-resistant steel: due to the adoption of soft steel substrate, the wear-resistant composite plate has high impact resistance, which fully reflects the advantages of the composite material in terms of both wear resistance and impact resistance. This is not the case with cast wear-resistant materials.

3. Convenient processing performance of high chromium composite wear-resistant steel: the wear-resistant surfacing composite steel plate can be cold formed and rolled round, and can be cut by plasma cutting method, so that the wear-resistant composite plate can be spliced and welded on the surface of worn parts easily.

4. High performance-price ratio of high chromium composite wear-resistant steel: although the cost of using the wear-resistant surfacing composite plate is increased, considering the service life, maintenance cost and shutdown loss of the parts, the performance-price ratio is about 2-4 times higher than that of common materials. Due to reasonable utilization of materials, the price of wear-resistant surfacing composite plate is 50% lower than that of manual surfacing of the same material.
