Visiting Italy's most visited places

It was my 4th foreign trip, earlier I went to Spain, Uk, Malaysia and this was time to explore the historical treasure present in Italy. I guess Italy is among one of the countries which have large number of tourists places and is one of the most visited country in the world. 

Italy has a very unique ambiance, it's the best place to be for a history lover, or who likes to explore and love to know about the places. There are a large number of varieties which are there in Italy in terms of tourist places. 

One of the most amazing places and one of my favorite also is the Rome Colosseum, the great arena was built in between 70 - 80 AD and it has been a landmark for Rome since then. Almost everyone knows that who was used to fight in this iconic arena "the Gladiators" and that's the reason for many of the tourists to visit this amazing place. 

The important thing which you should always follow and which we learned from our experience was that you should always book your tickets for Rome Colosseum online in advance via websites. Because this place is visited by millions of tourists every year and most of them visit during the summer season so it gets difficult for people who don't book tickets in advance to take entry into the arena. 

Otherwise, the Colosseum is a great place to be. You'll like spending time inside this huge arena. It won't disappoint you. 

However, other places in Rome that you can visit other than Colosseum is the Pantheon, the Roman Forum, Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona, etc. 

The Vatican city is also not far away as the world's smallest country is situated in the center of Rome, the Vatican city is surrounded by Rome from all sides and has the famous Vatican museums who have been declared as worlds most-visited art museums, the Sistine Chapel and the St. Peters Basilica are also situated in the Vatican city. 

The other city which I liked the most was Florence, it's a very peaceful city and has many famous tourist spots like the famous Duomo Florence, the Uffizi Gallery, Palazzo Vecchio, Ponte Vecchio, etc.  

But my favorite place was the Duomo Florence, it is the largest brick made Dome in Europe and one of the largest in the world. You can also climb up to the top of Duomo and have an aerial view of the complete Florence city. The view from top is just incredible and you should definitely not miss out on such an amazing opportunity.

The Uffizi Gallery is the second-best place to be in Italy for artwork display after the Vatican museums. The art collection present in the gallery is from the hands-on the best artists Italy has ever seen.
