Automationar offers a wide range of industrial robotic equipment with the sole objective of providing business owners with cost-effective solutions. These machines reduce the chances of human error as they are programmed to provide the utmost accuracy throughout its years of service. Most of the machines are easy to use, even for people who have no prior experience in handling high-intensity robots. This makes it one of the most demanded robots by business, and manufacturing owners alike.

A Palletizing Robot refers to the robot which is specifically designed for loading and unloading tasks. In manufacturing, the boxes or cartons are to be accumulated, stacked, sealed, and packed before loading and shipping. There are two types of palletizing robots which include the manual palletizing robot and the automated palletizing robots. These robots are often times set up at the distribution section of the factory. This is where the individual products are collected and segregated on labeled boxes. These boxes travel down the assembly line or belt for the palletizing robot to smartly organize all the boxes on the wooden pallets. These boxes are then sealed and transported to the designated vehicles. This technology is common for food processing, manufacturing, and shipping companies.

A Welding Robot is a robotic arm designed for the convenience of an automatic welding process. With the use of mechanized programming tools, these robots can perform accurate welding abilities and material handling. A welding robot is able to assist humans at different industrial companies to ease the welding process. The industrial sector, in particular, has a high demand for these welding robots such as automobile manufacturers or steel manufacturers. The honey branded welding robot features 6 degrees freedom and a payload of 6kg. In fact, there are 7 common forms a welding robot can perform that include arc welding, resistance welding, spot welding, TIG welding, MIG welding, Laser welding, and Plasma welding. The welding robots require a positioner as well. A positioner is another robotic device installed at the foot of the welding robot to facilitate the movement of the material which is getting welded on. Both of the machines synchronize together to smoothly perform the welding tasks. Automationar has two types of welding positioners available, which are called the single axis and double axis welding positioners. The double-axis positioners are also called the L type positioners. Both of the machines each perform a similar task of handling the material but follow a different technique. These positioners are designed to handle different types of welding projects. The single-axis features a payload range of 100kg- 300kg. On the other hand, the double-axis positioners come in 3 different models featuring a maximum payload of 500kg, 1000kg, 2000kg.

Automationar also offers the AUBO series under the collaborative robots category. AUBO Cobots come in different variations in models and makes including the AUBO i3, AUBO i5, AUBO i7, and AUBOi10. The AUBO series function on different payload levels such as 3kg, 5kg, 7kg, and 10kg respectively. These machines are designed to complete repetitive work at a faster rate. The sensors that are inbuilt in these robotic arms sense any obstruction; it senses a human hand to avoid any accidents. Along with the safety features, these robots increase the overall productivity at a nominal cost. Just like many other robots available with Automationar, it has 6 degrees of freedom. This allows the robot to move freely and exhibit great levels of accuracy.
