What is Bangalore?
Bangalore is a city in Karnataka state of India. Its typically a hill top. I am mentioning it as a hill top because the weather here is entirely different from the weather of other cities. It starts raining over here all of a sudden and it stops raining here all of sudden. More than that Bangalore is one of the most important metro cities of India. Essentially we call it the silicon city of India because you will find each and every IT company over here in Bangalore. Bangalore is the top software exporter in India.

What Bangalore is famous for?
Bangalore is very much famous for its IT presence. As it is the biggest software exporter of India. Moreover Bangalore is famous for its cool and chilled weather, night life and several other Tourist Places in Bangalore. From 60 km to 250 km you find each and every kind of landscape in South India, which are every close to Bangalore. So as Bangalore is in the center of the South India and you can visit anywhere in South India, which is lush green, without any problem via different means pretty easily.
That’s what Bangalore is famous for.

What are the Places to Visit near Bangalore?

There are multiple places to visit near Bangalore. But these places totally depends what priority do you have regarding a tourist place. If you are thinking that you want to witness snowfall in Bangalore then this not going to happen and you are not going to see snowfall in Bangalore or anywhere in South India.If you want to see the snowfall then you have to either go to Himachal or go to North East India. But if you want to see a beach, monoliths, hills and a beautiful sunset from a mountain then  be my guest. There are multiple locations near Bangalore in that case.

Can you name few of the most famous locations near Bangalore?

Well, there are multiple famous locations are there near Bangalore from 60 km to 400 km. just to name a few when you move 60 km from Bangalore on airport road  Sakandagiri hills,nandi hills, savandura forest hill. For beach you shall have to move a bit more further towards chikkmagaluru and there you will find some fine beaches. For waterfalls you don’t have go that deep into Karnataka. Chanchanakatte waterfall is there just 150 km away. Hogenakkal waterfall,chinchi falls and Shivanasamudra waterfall is also there just 140 km from Bangalore.
It totally depends which location you choose and what kind of scenes you want in front of you when you get up in the morning or when the sun sets down before you.
