Technical publications in Aerospace is the lifeblood of the industry

Technical publications in Aerospace are documents that generally refer to Maintenance related, Component related or Flight Ops related aspects. Not only are these documents and manuals prepared for technical functionalities in the aviation industry, there are also written down rules for non-technical jobs and activities.

An aircraft is typically made up of hundreds of components and parts. For a maintenance engineer, it is practically impossible to know and remember the process involved in maintenance, disassembling and assembling of all of these parts. Technical publications in Aerospace are technical documents that are created for providing assistance to such engineers during maintenance work. There are different documents that pertain to different specific parts of the aircraft and contain pictorial illustrations too for proper explanation of configurations and parts.

Different types of technical publications in Aerospace are created and updated from time to time. These are then published that serve as a ready reference manual for engineers at work. Some of the key technical manuals are:

  • AMM or the Aircraft Maintenance Manual

  • CMM or the Component Maintenance Manual

  • AIPC or the Aircraft Illustrated Parts Catalogue, and

  • SMR or the Structural Repair Manual.

The Aerospace industry works around these comprehensively documented manuals with clear, concise and precisely defined instructions that guide the technicians and engineers to get an aircraft ready for a flight. This is one industry that believes in following each written rule to the hilt.

Technical publications in Aerospace are the lifeblood of the industry – these documents are essential and need to be created and followed with thorough precision. Why?

  • Because safety of passengers and crew members is of utmost importance in aviation.

  • Aircraft manufacturers and operators are completely responsible for the safety on people on-board.

  • Aviation needs to be strictly regulated in the modern world. Hence design and technical specifications and maintenance need to be enforced stringently.

The Technical publications in Aerospace are collection of guidelines that every manufacturer needs to lay down in writing so that the operational and maintenance-related aspects of the aircraft be done with exactitude and precision. Only the best technical writers who have technical expertise and knowledge with great command over the language are hired for writing the standards in these technical publications.

Modern banking systems and financial institutions are under tremendous pressure to upgrade their legacy payment systems because of these systems have various challenges to deal with. The complexity of the processing rules, the presence of multiple payment engines and adoption of technologies that are rigid and not adaptable to changing regulatory requirements make things really difficult of the banking sector. Payments legacy modernization is the optimized solution to such challenges and issues. Modernization of payment systems cannot be simply limited to application replacements – the fact is that the complete re-haul of the payment system is a major business decision where the entire IT ecosystem, infrastructure, processes and systems are re-designed, re-engineered and re-architected that require a substantial investment. A practical and pragmatic modernized payment system needs to be carefully designed and implemented because the success of such a program is critical for the sustenance of the business.
