1. They are insensitive.

Probably the most common untruth about Taureans is that they’re unfeeling. Likened to robots, some believe that Taureans just aren’t gifted with feelings and the ability to express them.

On the contrary, they are actually very romantic and passionate. Ruled by Venus, the Goddess of love and beauty, Taureans aren’t shy to express their feelings (especially loving, romantic ones) and admiration for anyone and anything they find beautiful.

2. They are materialistic.

High maintenance. Luxurious. Branded. These are just some of the thing associated with Taurus.

But Taurus’ desire for luxury doesn’t define life choices. Taureans have an inherent attraction to the finer things in life but not all of them live a life of luxury.

3. They are unreasonably stubborn.

Like a bull, they say. Being stubborn and lazy is one of the more popular depiction of a Taurus.

Is there any truth to it though?

Well, the short answer is yes.

Taureans can be stubborn but there is a reason for that. The Taurus sign births the most determined and strong-willed people on earth.

They are born to keep going with one end goal in mind: success.

4. They are rude.

Selfish and just plain rude, Taureans are commonly thought of as ill-mannered overall. They find it hard to compromise and other people take it as rudeness.

However, when you think about it, the Taurus sign actually exudes patience and responsibility. Taureans are pretty patient in dealing with people and are very reliable companions.

5. They aren’t smart.

Taurus has a very simple nature and it’s sometimes mistaken as being lesser intelligent. But the truth is, Taureans just love to move at their own pace when it comes to dealing with anything in life.
