Classes Realized from Yoga

Here are some of the Lessons I Discovered from Yoga this week:
1. When issues get tough, recommit and go deeper - no longer push tougher
2. Repetition and persistence overcomes boundaries, now not just brute pressure.
3. Life is full of drama, highs and lows… it's okay to have stability and be perfectly nonetheless.
4. Being still on the outside doesn't imply nothing is happening on the inside.
5. Transfer when it's time to transfer, once you are grounded… no longer out of anxiety or because your are merely bored…. that will undoubtedly throw off your balance.
6. Life is full of contraction and growth, rest and ahead movement; each stage has price.
7. Just as a result of any person else makes it look straightforward, doesn't mean it is!
