The final season of Moira Walley-Beckett‘s “Anne With an E” will premier on January 3, 2020, on Netflix. The famous series will end with the final season being season 3 as confirmed by Netflix through its Twitter account. The show is primarily based on Anne of Green Gables, a classic novel from 1908 by Lucy Maud Montgomery, which was later adapted by famous Emmy Award-winning writer and producer Moira Walley-Beckett. The first season of this show was telecast on CBC Television on 19, March 2017 and later, it was released worldwide on Netflix on May 12, 2017.

The title character of the story is Anne Shirley, who is an orphan and is being portrayed by Amybeth McNulty in the show. The series revolves around the life adventures of Anne alongside her friends on the Green Gables farm. The show has gained a huge critical acclamation through the world, and Metacritic gave the show a score of 79, although the first season of the show was enough to intrigue fans’ towards it.

The fans are really shattered after the Netflix announcement for the series ending with the third season, which will be premier on January 3, 2020, worldwide. Netflix announced this news from its “See what’s Next” Twitter account. Although the final episode of the series was telecast on CBC Television on November 24. The worldwide final season will premier on January 3 on Netflix. However, no one knows the reason behind the shows quick ending, but the reason can mainly be a result of some sort of mess.

Although the fans of the series are burning the Twitter handle with a hashtag “#renewannewithane.” They are requesting other streaming services other than Netflix to stream the 4th season of the show. After seeing all this, the show creator Walley-Beckett in an interview thanked all the series fans for their love and support and further stated that she would forever miss the show. She went on to state pondering about writing a feature film for the finale of the show.

The realism that the series intended to show is often discussed by its fans and most like the children who relate their story with it. The show had addressed several real-life issues, such as the suffering of LGBTQ people and women in the real world, the power of an individualbullying, and prejudice. These issues were originally written by Lucy Maud Montgomery in 20 century though Moira Walley-Beckett helped to travel them to the minds of the 21st century. If we talk about the cast, all of them are quite fit into the life of characters they are portraying, specially Amybeth McNulty, who has extended her boundaries to match the experience of Anne. Maybe the show life ends in only three seasons, but all its fans will remember all its breathe for the rest of their life.
