San Jose, CA (November 22, 2019) – The goal of Dough 1.0 is to make the best-tasting ice cream sandwiches in the market. When the customers of this creamery requested to create something unique, the team got into months of brainstorming and the Chocolate Cookie Dough Ice Cream Sandwichwas born.

When talking about this new product, the co-founder of the company, who has posted the project in Kickstarter said: “Remember those precious moments growing up baking cookies? Let's face it, cookie dough was and still is the best-tasting part. Even though it's not safe to eat raw, we've all eaten it before. That's why we decided not only to make the dough safe to eat but take it to the next level and turn it into an ice cream sandwich. “

To bring innovation, Dough 1.0 has created this product with the combination of both ice cream and cookie dough. The key features of this product are that it is safe to eat, delicious, chewy and crispy as well. As the product is flash-baked outside, it will have all the doughie goodness inside.

With the best ingredients like vanilla extract, brown sugar, chocolate chips, coconut oil, baking soda, sea salt, butter, white sugar and heat-treated flour. The vanilla milk base slow churns for 10 minutes. This is done to make sure that the ice cream consistently comes out with the required level of creaminess. After this, the product goes straight into the blast freezer.

Without any artificial flavors, sweeteners, preservatives and colors, this product is made as 100% all-natural. Also, it does not contain any high fructose corn syrup. Further, there are no hydrogenated fats and no bleached flour used in the making of this product. It is individually packaged, ready to eat anytime, and is great for party favors.
