Why Do We Have Dandruff

We read many articles about feminism and sometimes we even read numerous articles about women's safety. We just read through the articles but never try to deeply know about it. It is really very important for us to have an idea as to why there are various rights which are meant for women. 

There are numerous programs that solely deals with women's safety and it is our duty and responsibility to check these programs and even make sure that we have knowledge about this. Therefore, though we are aware of the rights and duties of women, we mostly ignore or neglect it. We shouldn't do that and we must make sure that we know these rights. 

Everyone just talks about how women are treated equally and how even now with all the modern ideas and techniques, they work late shifts and even return home late. But, no one talks about the fear that women have to go through just because they work late nights. Hence, it is everyone's right and duty to know and understand the rights and duties of women. There are many rights for women that we seldom know. 

1. The first and foremost right which usually goes neglected or which is hardly known by people are that women have the right to equal pay. If a woman is working in a company in the same post as a man, she is supposed to get paid the same amount as the man. The amount cannot differ as this falls under the legal rights of women. Therefore, this right should be kept in mind.

2. Secondly, one of the most popular crime cases in the world is women facing work harassment. If you are facing any kind of harassment at your workplace, then you should absolutely speak up and not be quiet. This falls under women's safety act and you can take legal actions against anyone doing this.

3. The third and most important point or right is that women have the right against domestic violence. If you are facing any kind of domestic violence or if you know anyone who is facing domestic violence, do not remain quiet and speak up. You must remember that the one who commits the crime is guilty but the one who knows the crime is happening and not taking action against it is also guilty too. Hence, always speak up.

4. One of the most important rights which most people don't know is that women have the right not to be arrested at night. If you see any women getting arrested at the time, you can stand against it as per the right. But remember to utilise the right correctly and don't misuse it.

These are a few of the rights of women who are not known by everyone or are neglected. If you fall under the category of people who don't know or doesn't have the information about these rights, then make sure you make yourself aware of it because it is important.
