Manaslu Circuit Trek-Nepal

Manaslu Circuit trek often regards as the best scenic and alternative trek of the Annapurna Circuit. It is a newly opened trekking trail in Nepal Himalaya. Mt. Manaslu (8,167m)) is the 8^th highest mountain in the world and 7^th highest mountain in Nepal.  Manaslu circuit trek features everything you would want from the classic trek in Nepal to adventure challenges.  Epic scenery, intimate encounters with local people and their culture, diverse landscape and terrain with verities of flora and fauna.

Manaslu trek starts from Soti Khola and ends in Beshisahar.  The route to Larke passes (5,106m) is Jagat-Deng-Namrung-Samdo-Sama-Dharmasala and over a pass to Bhumtang Phedi and Dharapani. It is a 14 days trek to complete the circuit. The lower part offers more rain forest and waterfall and charming local people who have been following Tibetan Buddhism.

Difficult level: Manaslu trek is a moderate level trek, it involves 6 hours to 7 hours daily trekking in the roughed trails. Physically fit and motivation is required.

Food and accommodation in Manaslu trek: Manaslu circuit trek is a new and less trekked area so all the infrastructures are completed. Having a great comfortable and clean room and finest dining lounge is another good aspect of Manaslu trek.  All tea houses offer a shared room and bathroom with great food including Tibetan food, Nepalese food, and continental food are available.

Telephone and Wifi: In the Manaslu trek region, most of the guest house offers you the wifi and hot shower at a small additional cost. However, the phone call and wifi are disturbed due to the weather and cold.

The side trip: Manaslu trek route offers you the great opportunity to climb the Mt. Manaslu and Larke peak. Besides that, you may visit the snow and glacier feed Birendra Lake and Larke Bazaar. If you having a few days more to visit Tsum Valley, that will be great tips on top of your trek. Explore Manaslu Base Camp and the Larke Bazar in the Tibetan Border is a nice place to enjoy in silence.
