Why did you end up self-employed?

I started out as a graphic designer in high school. After graduation, I did some work for my old company (a consulting site, nothing to do with design) and then started drawing websites. I got a job at a local web agency as a designer. I ended up teaching people how to program there as well and was also running my own website (and getting paid for it). I started as a self-employed freelancer about 6 months in, and quit two months ago.

What platforms does your business support?

WordPress, Drupal, Drupal 8, WordPress REST API, PHP 7.2, PHP 7, jQuery, SASS, JQuery UI, SASS UI, and jQuery UI plugins. And all of it for free.

How can I get my paycheck stubs pulled up and printed?

My employer asked me for my login details to set up my monthly payments. Is this safe?

The Oregon State Board of Employee Compensation Services will give you access to an online application. This is called a PERS account login. You will need to login to your account (the one you used to file for a new position or change your job responsibilities) to get your financial institution records.

What is the PERS system and how do I get access to it?

The PERS system (Oregon's Retirement Systems) is used by employers to file and view their employees' pay information. PERS pays retirees' benefits and provides other financial services to employees.

You can safely make monthly payments to your employer using your PayAsLink Mastercard.

If you decide to change employers you should tell them in time that you will be changing your regular payments to Monthly Pay As Link, and set up the transactions by linking them to your current PayAsLink Mastercard. Your current employer cannot be linked to your previous Mastercard, and if you have previously been linked to a previous PayAsLink Mastercard they will lose the link.

If your employer needs to know who is linked to your account to make further monthly payments they need to know the card code of your current PayAsLink Mastercard.

You know your current PayAsLink Mastercard if it says PayAsLink Mastercard in its details page.

What happens if the monthly provider isn't providing this?

If your payer stops providing monthly payments then your employer can't link you to your PayAsLink Mastercard and this will stop you linking.

How do I look up my pay stubs for McDonald's?

I use the Payroll website.

Most of us have to pay our McDonald's bills in one of the following ways:

Check: you pay an ATM or credit card company in person or by mail

Debit/Credit Card: You pay by online order or online debit withdrawal

E-Check/E-Check Card: You get your money electronically from a payment processor

Do you pay for everything with your check? Of course not. Instead, you use a pay stub to show the bank where the money you deposit is going so that they can pay your rent. You give the bank your pay stub for your McDonald's paycheck and they take care of the rest. Your pay stub shows that you were "paid" at McDonald's for two weeks.

You can order an online pay stub from McDonald's and have it mailed or emailed to you by email. Payroll will tell you how to print and email the PDF.

How do I cope up with employment uncertainty?

1. Be a good employee

As you get to know your company and work with others, you might notice that working for them is actually a lot like living near a family member you don't know very well. You spend your time being helpful, kind, reliable with people and providing them with important information. You also become a part of a team. Your work can provide the family with financial and emotional support — providing a clear and distinct difference to people. The most important thing is to not be hard to work with. As the saying goes, the employer must have the last word and you should be the one making the decisions. Remember, you were the one who wanted this to be your job!

2. Have a solid work ethic

It's important to be motivated for the company and to believe that you are valuable to the team. When others criticize your work ethic for being lazy or not "hustling," take it as a compliment.

Is the OPT stem extension date changing to Sept 30 in SEVP portal even if our H1 gets picked up with the other employer who are not listed in the portal or university?

It would be an awesome news for us but I wonder whether OPTs are included for our company or not? Thanks for update.

I am a medical student working with a hospital. I would like for you to give me some guidance on the process of doing business in Germany and how i can go about getting permission from medical boards and universities. ( I know there are many laws when it comes to dealing with patients/patients health insurance) I have 2 questions for you: 1) Do the medical boards require that I get a medical insurance, or do they just do not want to.
