After noticing the environment women were forced to work in, Sundari Patibandla decided sitting down and watching it was not the answer. She founded a new coworking space called iSprout which is a leading coworking space in Hyderabad for corporates, freelancers and provide all the amenities a company would need to grow. She has provided extensive support to the growth of women in business with an environment that women can finally be free and happy to work. Her main motive was to introduce the concept of Coworking spaces founded by women.

When we look at the traditional working environment, the offices are not equipped to handle the growing needs of the modern workforce. The environment needs to be more work-friendly and it has to be done so for women as well. There are a number of women-centric coworking spaces that make it easier for women to have a happy work life. Many companies look for office space in Hyderabad which is beneficial to women in order to ease the pressure of work on its employees. Some would say that these coworking spaces often are more productive than usual. The technology, real estate, and hospitality are all factors that can improve the coworking space for the individuals involved.

• Felena Hanson, the creator of the first women-centric coworking space - 'Hera Hub' has given a very detailed view on how these coworking spaces are flourishing in recent times and could be the key to higher productivity in companies.

•  Erinn Farrell, Bethany Iverson, Liz Giel, and Alex West Steinman are responsible for the growth and development of 'The Coven' in Minneapolis, introducing a nursing home, fresh food, and a comfortable work environment for women to grow their business.  

•  Audrey Gelman and Lauren Kassan are the founders of 'The Wing', a leading coworking space in the Big Apple, New York City, and it is the birthplace of so many companies and ideas that are run by some of the most powerful businesswomen today.  

• Sandra Hong and Melissa Wong are the creators of new women space in New York, which is an 'open to all women' coworking space designed for growing and networking for the modern-day entrepreneur

• Alicia Driskill is the founder of Evolveher in Chicago, a hub for marketing and corporate women who look for a better space to evolve their companies. Among the coworking spaces founded by women, this was the first in Chicago. 

• Rachel Kelly, the founder of Make Lemonade, a women-centric coworking space, decided to create this hub for women to grow after a job she accepted got canceled.

CONCLUSION: 

Safety, comfort and added benefits are primary concerns for coworking spaces. These spaces are created to provide an environment where women can work without having to worry about security or even welfare. They say women are part of a business world they did not create. This represents the problems that they face on a daily basis where there is gender inequality in many companies and it follows even today. But these new women-centric coworking spaces are created to give women the ease of networking and to expand their businesses without any misogynistic views on their ideas.
