Judging the cylinder-pulling phenomenon of 2 Stroke Bicycle Engine

Posted by hw on December 11th, 2019

The pull cylinder in the cylinder bites, as long as the piston of 2 stroke bicycle engine is checked, usually there are the following reasons:

A. Serious carbon deposits on the top of the piston and around the ring are mainly caused by the use of poor engine oil, such as the use of four-stroke engine oil or diesel engine oil or inferior two-stroke engine oil.

B. The air filter of the cylinder on the exhaust side of the piston is not clean, the carburetor fuel is blocked by garbage, the adjustment is too small or the engine oil is added too little, so that the concentration of gas entering the cylinder is reduced. Insufficient lubrication, it is easy to pull the cylinder in places with high temperature.

C. The cylinder on the lower side of the piston's air inlet is basically filled with water, such as the use of rain and snow, water enters the cylinder from the air filter, so that the lubricant film is washed by the water, and the piston's suction side The lack of lubricating oil film on the lower side, after high-speed operation, the heat causes the cylinder to pull;

D. The side pull cylinder of the inlet of the piston is due to the garbage entering from the air filter. The main reasons are:

1) Forgot to install the filter element;

2) Damaged;

3) Do not clean often.
