Why The Bollywood Trend is Changing?

Bollywood has gone through an enormous Transformation. The audience wants something unique as they are tired of seeing typical drama movies now it’s not about big star movies that are surely going to be hit at the box office because not a long time ago it was all about the big stars movie & young talented stars were not getting appreciated though their acting was on another level.

Stars like Ayushmann Khurana who has been on a roll for the last two years like his movies Bareilly Ki Barfi, Andhadhun & Badhaai Ho are the movies where the audience witnessed the real talent & now is the most popular star in the Bollywood industry. So now an established superstar tries to make a film with poor script & it instantly gets flopped as we can take the example of Salman Khan’s film Tubelight which came in last year at Eid he always gives the eidi to his enormous fan by launching a new film but unexpectedly his film badly flopped. Now we talk about the trend of the decade, in the year 2005 or 06 when we were witnessing for the first time something realistic in the Hindi cinema movies like Gangs of Wassepur, Dev D, Cheeni Kum & Khosla ka Ghosla suddenly came & won the hearts of most of the people but were not much successful in Box office at that time people were believing in all the Khan’s & Kapoor’s film.

As we are seeing for many years in the industry directors are more comfortable shooting out of India may be from their point of view stunts in beautiful location may attract the audiences, it was very successful until the movies came like Once up A Time in Mumbai & Rowdy Rathore where the shooting of the films were located in small villages & they did extremely & earned massive amount at the box office. India’s first sound movie was made in 1931 called Alam Ara where the industry was trying to expand to make more films on the traditions of the country like agriculture so at that time movies were not kind of any entertainment then after some time directors started to make films on struggling part of people’s lives who are not able to eat food also. Then the movie of the decade Mother India who shooked the people & earned a special place in people’s hearts.

So now Bollywood is changing as they want a real film or any portrayal of any characters which should encourage the people in real life & also want the movies which can be understandable through visuals. Movies like Andhadun, Kesari & Uri- the surgical strike are the perfect examples. For example, people who are realed with army forces can watch films & can be more motivated as the advancement of the internet has changed the minds of people so the point is entertainment films shouldn’t be made by misleading the people as the audiences are quite aware of it.
