I agree with your evaluation of the issue, but not with your own solutions. As I see it are symptoms of a couple of instant mut coins issues: First, Madden is based on animations, and then by stats. Sometimes stats matter, sometimes they do not (i.e. when a 77 speed Madden participant can grab as much as some 92 speed Madden player while the 92-speed is sprinting). The stats are what are to ascertain things like a Madden player's value.

There's nothing for personality or chemistry. I don't think there's any logic in Madden match for a Madden player's loyalty to a group. At the NFL that is real, if you take a 95 WR in the middle of the season, for your first few months your 85 WR is going to be better, due to understanding the playbook. In Madden it is possible to plug into an 82 OL and immediately replace an 81 OL, but in the real NFL chemistry is more important than stats (unless there's a massive delta).

There's also nothing about performance, except as it pertains to career objectives. When I've 12 the RB and YPC has 3 YPC it isn't important. He is 78 overall and When I have a 77 overall, he is the starter because he's 78 overall. If I'm a QB and I have a year in which I put up 14,000 yards, 102 touchdowns and only 6 interceptions, and I've 3000 racing yards with 52 rushing TDs, but I'm still a 72 overall, I will get paid around M/year.

Secondly, Madden Franchise Mode gets any love. The recent outage is proof of this, but Madden game itself hasn't evolved much. In reality, during the past couple of decades, it's gotten worse in my opinion. Commentary is dreadful to know best way to get coins in madden 20, the drive aims are only mad half time (i.e. needing recipients to acquire back-to-back touchdown drives), Madden player AI gets worse and worse. I really don't feel there is a really immersive experience for enjoying as a Madden participant (unless I am the QB), also that I do not have too many sandbox components as I'd like in offline franchise. A few are fact, although A number of these are only my view.
