Soy Chunk Recipes For Diabetics Patients

You might have heard about diabetes mellitus that means the group of diseases, affecting the body and the blood glucose and it is called blood sugar. Recipe 1: Soya stir fry with corn

What do you need?

1 cup of parboiled baby corn, ½ cup of soya chunks or nuggets, 114 of a cup of chopped spring onion white, 2 teaspoons of chopped garlic, ½ a cup of capsicum cubes, ¾ th of cup of sliced mushrooms, 3 teaspoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoon of tomato chili sauce, salt to taste as you require, ½ cup of chopped green onions, 1 tbsp of oil, sugar as required.

How to cook?

Take the soya chunks and soak them in warm water for 15 minutes and squeeze off the excess water. Heat the oil in the pan then add garlic, onion whites, and capsicum after it becomes hot. Sauté the content well let them fry till becomes golden brown. Now add mushroom and sauté them for 1 minute. Now you can add soya chunks and baby corn and sauté for 2 minutes. You can now add the ingredients like soya sauce, tomato-chili sauce, salt, sugar and let it cook for 2 minutes. On completion, you can serve them by decorating and making it attractive.

Recipe 2: Soya chunks kababs

What do you need?

2 cups of soya chunks to boiled and drained, 112 a cup of beaten rice, 150 gram of grated paneer or cottage cheese, 1 big onion that is chopped finely, 1 ½ teaspoon of coriander powder, one small piece of grated ginger, 2 green chilies chopped finely, 1 ½ teaspoon of garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of chaat masala, 1 teaspoon of garam masala, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds, coriander that is chopped finely, salt.

How to cook?

Mash the soya chunks in the mixture and put the mixture of the soya chunk into the bowl that contains all the ingredients. Mix all the ingredients well and make the shape of kebabs. Deep fry them in oil and serve them as a decorated recipe.
