First: Preparation

• 1. Check whether the parts are complete and intact.

• 2. Check whether the safety device, lighting and signal are in good condition.

• 3. Check whether the amount of oil injected is enough. Fuel quantity should be appropriate, oil quality should be clean, and lubrication should be good.

• 4. Check whether there are foreign bodies in the mobile jaw crusher.

• 5. Check whether the cushioning device is flexible and reliable, whether the load pins are intact, whether dust-proof and spraying devices work.
