Gluten rich diet with a lack of physical exercise can cause obesity and adiposity and at any point, it is better to reduce the consumption of gluten if not completely prohibit. For obese people, including gluten diet is still acceptable in their main meals, however, any additional meal or snacks that contain gluten can be very harmful.

Epilepsy

Various studies show that gluten can trigger epileptic seizures; however there are no clinical evidences to support the same. Many clinical trials have although suggested avoiding diets containing gluten for epilepsy patients to avert seizures and further health disorders.
