Secondly, avoid taking too much of oils and saturated fats. For cooking, it is best to use corn oils, canola oils or soya bean oils. If possible, don't take too much of fried foods. It is best recommended to steam, bake or grill rather than fry as fried foods are very oily. Don't take too much of sugar which is not good for your body.
