Washed and cut pre-warmed juicy tomatoes are moved to a production plant having rotors and stators to make a smooth puree. The puree is then moved to the pulping unit where tomatoes external skin and seeds are isolated from the puree. The tomato puree from the pulping station is moved to cooking tanks for bubbling to prevent it from deteriorating. In the cooking tank, the flavors, salts and other required additives are included in the puree.

Next, the puree is moved to the finishing unit where the excess of fibers and other particles are removed with the help of a sieve/mesh. This smooth puree is again warmed at high temperatures to accomplish a smoother consistency.

The ketchup is then moved to sub storage vessels and afterward to filling machines at high temperatures of above 880C to evade tainting. The filling machines relocate the ketchup in compartments which are sealed instantly in order to maintain the freshness and save it from any form of contamination.
