Improve your productivity – improve your productivity

Okay, we can think about how your productivity can be enhanced. This two exercises will explain your mind and get the cobwebs out of your head.

When you have these cobwebs out, you are on your way to a more successful and thus fulfilling life.

Enable the exercises to go on...

"Test your open bows" is your first practice.

You will devote 10-15 minutes to the first exercise to write down, talk about and identify areas that are missing in your life. This field has remained open in life or loops and is not closed or done.

Such "open loops" might be anything you haven't completed or left unfinished. You did not finish a training course that you purchased, you did not close with a friend or ex-girlfriend or you bought an item on eBay and never got it even if you paid for it etc. You did not finish the training course you bought.

Maybe you have the idea... Which fields of life they are in does not matter; they can be company, ties, health, property, etc. Write it down if anything is not done.

Once you have all the missing areas written down, go back to the list and either (1) complete the element or (2) intentionally let go of it.

If you decide to complete the task, you commit to do whatever it takes to solve it, and you must do it. You are committed to letting it go if you choose to actively let it go, and once again you have to follow it.

The point is not that you are working on it. The goal is to undo your life and resolve things, not to create more problems.

Eventually, give priority to the list and first focus on the areas of maximum impact.

The next exercise is ' The Blur ' description.

This exercise is designed to identify and remember the "blurry" areas of your life. These are the areas you don't pay full, undivided attention to in your life.

An explanation here is that you plan to spend more time with your family when you are at work. Or vice versa, you are worried about work when you are with your kids. Your concentration, resources and efficiency are split in both cases and you can't give 100% of your attention.

The above example is a' blurring' area in your life with no defined borders. Once you recognize the' blurry' areas of your life, you have areas to work on to increase your productivity.

The exercise takes 10-15 minutes to draw up a list of all the fields in your life where you are concentrated, where 100% of your focus and energy is not committed and your life is a bit ' blurry.'

Once the list has been drawn up, go through it and prioritize those places where you want more attention and focus.

Now that in your life you have identified certain areas which need more clarification and areas which need resolution and completion, you are on a more successful and satisfying path.

If you become conscious of these development fields, you will be paying tremendous dividends.
