A lot of budget properties are coming up in the Sahastradhara road. Budget 1 BHK flats are available at 20 lakhs.

•  Vasant Vihar

 The Vasant Vihar area is very well developed with connectivity to the nearest railway station and public transport. The railway station is within 7 kilometres and there are multispecialty hospitals, schools, and market places nearby. There are a lot of new projects coming up in Vasant Vihar.

 Chironwali is a good location in Dehradun. Projects start from 450 square feet to 9000plus square feet. There are a lot of ready-to-move flats and in some of the best localities in Chironwali.
