Is it Good to Be a Vegetarian Only?

This is not veggie bashing, but do you know that   Half Day Diet Reviewin cultures where children are raised on mostly vegetables that they tend to not grow as tall as compared to those in another food-source society? They also tend to start reproducing later in life...let us discover why.

What may be of more interest here is that when these same cultures start to turn their diets to more animal protein and re-fined grains, they start to grow taller and the population increases. A good example of this would be to see the impact of the western-style diet on the people of Japan. In just one, short generation, the Japanese have become significantly taller. Now you would think that growing taller and reproducing more would be signs of a more healthy diet, right? That is not true. Throughout the ages, it has been proven that people of shorter stature have had a longer life span. Taller individuals have shown to die at a younger age as well.

So one way we can muddle through this debate of veggies versus meat is to sort out both sides. Both the vegetarians and meat-based diets backers claim a list of foods to add to your diet and a list of foods to stay away from. Take for example the high-protein group, who point out that the bad nutrients in beans, grains, and seeds you kill you. But if you have read my previous articles, you will understand that these nutrients are necessary, but in correct proportions. However, a diet consumed of all vegetables or fruit is not good either.
