Gurudwara Guru ke Mahal

Gurudwara Guru ke Mahal is one of Amritsar’s most prominent gurdwaras and a popular sightseeing attraction built by the 4th Sikh Guru, Guru Ram Das Ji back in the 15th century. This was the former home of Guru Ram Das who also got married here, and it’s since been converted into a gurdwara.  Gurudwara Guru ke Mahal is home to the famous Granth Sahib of the Sikhs book as well as a series of historic religious artefacts, a meditation room, reading room and prayer hall.
