If you don't have an Employee Self-Service account and are not an Australian citizen or resident, you can request a Self-Service login on the AAFES website.

What happens if a worker has to give you a change of address?

If your payroll department is able to identify the employee who has to give you a change of address, we will automatically provide a password reset email to the employee which gives you the new contact details.

The password will be sent to a secure password recovery email address where you can access it to reset the password.

I'm not receiving the password reset email.

If you still aren't receiving the password reset email, you can either contact your payroll department or change your settings on the AAFES self-service login.

Yes. The Federal Reserve's website enables many users to access and make changes to their account online, including the ability to delete personal information.

Why is the Federal Reserve Bank using my employer's or business name and/or email address for purposes of this application?

For privacy and data security reasons, we may need to use your employer?s or business email address or phone number to administer and protect your information and your employment. By using an email account linked to your account, you can be sure that your information will not be misused.

The Federal Reserve Bank website allows Federal Reserve Bank account holders to monitor the amount of funds they are holding or how much they have paid to the Federal Reserve Bank through loans or other payment arrangements.
