Extrusion technology makes a better heat sink

Aluminium extrusion heatsink must have extremely high requirement on shape design and dimensional accuracy. Plus,round aluminum heatsink should have no error in molding process to achieve the best heat dissipation effect, which means the help of technology of aluminium heat sink is indispensable.

Extrusion molding is to put in the mold cavity of the alloy material to exert a strong pressure making the aluminum alloy directional deformation. And then obtain the proper section shape, size and certain mechanical properties of the parts processing method.

 Using heat sink extrusion technology can make heat sink of high precision, good surface quality and the solid structure, which ensure the pass rate of our products. However, the traditional welding technology is not as good as extrusion molding. It doesn’t meet the accuracy demand and easy to rot, which affects the stability of the whole structure.
