The requirements of electronic heat sink surface quality

LED heat sink manufacturers believe that the surface should be protected, which means its resistance to moisture, salt spray and mold should meet the corresponding LED standards.

Pay attention to water leakage prevention, block prevention while the heat sink is working.

Generally speaking, led heat sinks suppliers have the following requirements for the surface quality of heat sink for Led lights:

1. The surface of the heat sink should be free from shrinkage, corrosion, crack and other defects.

2. Metal fasteners of flat-plate heat sink and conductive plates of water cooled heat sink should be protected by coating.

3. The allowable value of surface roughness of the cooling body table is up to 3.2m.
