Spray guns are divided into two types: common pressure type and pressure type.

The spray guns are mainly of type a, b, c, d, e, f and g.

Type A, Type B and Type C are mainly suitable for nozzles with outer diameters of Φ18, Φ20, Φ21, Φ22.5, etc. Type D spray gun is suitable for nozzles with outer diameters of φ 15, φ 16, φ 12.5, etc. Type E and F are suitable for horn nozzles. Type G is suitable for nozzles with outer diameters of φ 15, φ 16, φ 18, φ 20, etc.

There are also pressure spray guns, carroll spray guns and automatic recovery spray guns.

When the compressed air generated by the air compressor is sprayed out through the air cap at the front of the spray gun, a low pressure area lower than the atmosphere is generated at the front of the coating nozzle connected with the air compressor. The automatic selection of spray gun with quick and easy optimization is included. The pressure difference generated at the spray gun mouth will suck the coating out of the coating storage tank, and under the action of high-speed jet force of compressed air, the coating will be atomized into fine particles and sprayed on the surface of the coated object.
