People believe in instant gratification. This is simply the now mentality that is so prevalent in America today. But, realistically, you didn't become overweight overnight, so you're not going to lose fat instantly - or even 30lbs in 30 days. What you must do is reverse engineer your habits. Identify the habits that are making you fat - don't lie to yourself - you know what they are - the drive through at lunch and a little dessert after dinner - and do the opposite, or at least something different. You must change your behaviors.
