What post can you receive to your registered office address?

This is one of the most common questions and one of the key differentiators between our service and a lot of our competitors.  The simple answer is that using our registered office address service you can receive any letters addressed to your business.  Whether its from Companies House, HMRC or a possible client – we welcome all letters within our low fixed annual charge.  Use our address on your website, printed materials and of course on your business cards should you wish.

Beware when comparing services and costs – when choosing a provider to ensure what post is handled within the service you are buying.  Don’t be swayed by the initial low annual cost and often those services only include a post from Companies House (and possibly HMRC).  Bearing in mind Companies House and HMRC are moving more towards digital communications it becomes apparent that these services represent poor value.

Sometimes you need to physically meet.  We understand that our clients sometimes need to meet their clients and want the use of meeting space.  We offer a well equipped and low-priced meeting space (discounted rates for virtual office clients starting at £15+VAT per hour) which includes unlimited Tea & Coffee!

If you are interested in any of our services, would like to consider switching to our services or have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact us here.
