Sunland, California is a rural area located in southern Kern County, west of the Los Angeles basin. Its mainly residential area is bounded by Interstate 5 on the east and the Santa Susana Mountains on the west. Surrounding it are millions of acres of agricultural land. The state park features beautiful golf courses and sandy beaches. There is also an amphitheater, a community center, historic buildings, and the town's only major shopping mall.

How can I get to the Sunland Regional Park?

Take Interstate 5 to the 55 exit and head east on the 66 Freeway for 7 miles to Stockton Street (the Oldest St. Bridge in the World). Take the West Stockton Street exit and turn right.
