Sun Protection

If possible, try to stay indoors from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. This is when the sun's rays are strongest and can have an adverse effect on your skin. Apply sunscreen on your skin exposed to the sun at least 20 minutes before leaving. If you have been exposed to the sun for more than two hours, reapply the sunscreen to remain protected.

Control Your Outdoor Exposure

When you've spent a lot of time outdoors, be sure to take a break in a covered place. Make it a habit to use sunscreen every day. Keep your face covered with sunglasses and a hat. These are important habits that you must implement throughout the year.

Use Moisturizer

Use Tonic

Keep pores closed and skin fresh using the facial tonic. Find the one that suits you best or apply rose water. Its natural cooling properties make it an excellent tonic. For sagging skin face, opt for latest face tightening procedures. 

Use Your Refrigerator

The refrigerator does not have to be just to keep food cold. During the heat of the summer, try to keep the moisturizer and body spray there too. Spread the cold product will make you feel fresher instantly.

Avoid Tanning

Chickpea flour can be used to get rid of an irregular tan. Mix with yogurt and a few drops of lemon, apply and leave on the face until it is dry. Remove with cold water.
