Each one starts a journey after completion of any degree with a job. Some excel, some fail and turn their back. Amongst the wildest failure, few take up the courage to break the glass ceiling and carve their own journey of ‘Being an Entrepreneur’.

Coming from different backgrounds of education and professional excellence, ‘The Four of Us ‘ met during the most disturbing phase of our life. The enterprise we were working for went through a bad phase and had to sweep away from India at an urgent call. So now what next?

Discussions, Queries, Doubts, and Ideas came across and we decided to hook on to the ideas and give them a new beginning and wings to fly. So in 2017 webOdoctor kicked up and amidst all the crest and tough of business we have successfully been able to establish ourselves as the best software design and development services company in India.

It is not an easy feat to entrepreneurship and if done should be taken pride in this accomplishment. Quitting a job due to any reason may or may not be an easy task but what is difficult is to climb the ladder again with the same grit and hold on to being #1.

Entrepreneurship comes with a lot of responsibilities – giving the best of service to the clients, best of security to your employees and maintaining a balance between the client needs and market trends to create ideas and innovations.

Facing the hurdles as ‘ I ‘ in various chapters of life in context to the professional growth might have been difficult for each of us but truly with the inception of webOdoctor as ‘ We ‘ together every impossible had a new story of possibility within it.

No one is born as an Entrepreneur, One needs to eventually learn and imply to the realities of business and effectively find a solution against all odds. So did ‘We‘. Overcoming failures is the strongest asset for any growing company and for us this has been our root to success. From one employee to eight as a family we have bonded and grown with time.
