Sorting your bathroom items can be easy if you are very clear about what you want to keep and what you want to let go of. To make quick work of sorting all the items you have, split them into these compartments:

  • Toiletries: dental products, hair products, shower gels, soap and shaving accessories

  • Medicines: first aid kit, prescription medicines.

  • Cosmetics: powders, lipsticks, nail products, eye makeup items and foundation.

  • Appliances: hair straightener, electric razors and trimmers, curling irons.

  • Bathrobes, towels and napkins will go together. Perfumes and deodorants will be kept together.

  • Paper products: toilet paper, paper towels, tissue paper.

  • Cleaning products: bathroom cleaner, toilet cleaner, bleach and detergents.

Keep a few items separate from the things you are packing for carrying with you while traveling instead of handing them over to the movers and packers Singapore to India. This list should include first aid, hand soap, a hair comb, toilet paper, shampoo, towels and toothbrushes. Feel free to add items that you need every day no matter the day and situation. This group of items will help you get through moving day, relocating to India and the first few days of living in your new home. This way, you can unpack other items at your speed and peace. Another option is to keep some of these items in the box that is generally filled with items you need on the first night at your new home. This box is called the ‘open first box’.
