Newark, CA (January 28, 2020) - Taste For Life TV producers of food and travel programming has announced their 2nd annual Customer Service Awards for 2020.
"It’s all about celebrating the most customer-friendly businesses in California," said Lauren Megan, Director of Marketing. "To determine our winners, we’ve organized a consumer watch committee of volunteers who spend countless hours of online research, phone calls and in person secret shopping seeking out those businesses that make a first good impression. After all, how many times can a business make a first good impression?"
"We monitor online reviews and comments daily from a variety of review sites and score businesses based on their quality of service and customer feedback," said Lauren.
According to the awards coordinator Jason Han, he said "Our winners represent a diverse group of businesses, from a humble 92 year old acupuncturist in Orange, CA to a gourmet chef from Goya India preparing his daily Goyan Style Indian Buffet in San Francisco."
"Our goal for 2020 is twofold: to continue to honor customer centric businesses and to connect consumers to the award winners who have demonstrated excellence in providing outstanding customer service," said Jason. “This is an awards project that really excites and encourages small business to up their game and to keep customer service at the top of their priority list. We want to remind them that good customer service creates more than a satisfied customer, it creates a raving fan."
