Lottery hearing

As you build your business you run across many people with what I call this lottery ticket buy. They will be your team mates or prospects. They are people who are looking for a quick fix. They want to see the results quickly and don't want to put much effort into getting results. I call it a lottery accident for the obvious reason that what they are looking for is exactly lottery. They want to throw their money and something and cross the fingers that the truck will pull up in front of the house with a truck full of money.

I'll continue to clarify now. The odds of finding a quick fix for the home business industry or that matter are as good as winning the lottery. In fact I think your odds are actually better at lottery. This is a business, not a lottery. Just like building a business, you need patience, patience, determination, skill, and know how to name it to succeed.

Do not misunderstand that you will take a lucky break with any business. There is a very emotional ups and downs. Months that work hard and don't get paid and what barley does and get paid. If it's not important that you understand this and be at peace. Accept the fact that things are not completely under control and go 먹튀.

The only thing you can control is what you do and what you do now. Therefore, take large measures at every possible opportunity. Don't worry about what happens right now. If you can do this consistent thing and look back at it doing important work consistently next year, you will be amazed at what you have accomplished with your business.

There are times when the lottery rings in temptations and discouragement. But this is a qualifier. This separates weaknesses from players and audiences from their strengths. How well are you dealing with the challenges of defining you as a great leader in this industry?

Now you know the lottery ticket people, you can see it everywhere. Like a small rodent. I think honestly or our society. The products that passed by fast now want the world we live in. How long do they take to make money? Or how much do you make? They have this secret formula where you can find where you can make money without any secrets or effort.

We must be partly responsible as leaders. Knowing that these people are there and we give them food. Write ads like 100% turnkey system or fully automated plug and play. I think you get an idea and know exactly what I say.

As a team leader, perhaps about 80% of your team will be made up of people who think of this lottery. That's the Ferrato principle that seems to apply to everything in life 80/20. They will sign up and go away from the business together (which happens in most cases) or get angry at you if they don't get the results they found within a month. These people will bounce each time they have a chance to find a big break to be disappointed every time. If you do not send them, if there is something that can help them than giving them a hand. Not spending a lot of time with these people spend 20% of their time producing.

These people are out there and whatever we do it will be out there. We must agree to it. It is not our job to keep us away from business. There is no way to know 100% who is bad. It is your responsibility as a leader to give as many people the chances of success as possible. Let them determine the result. Give them all the training and tools they need. Learn how to quickly solve what people want and move forward.
