The main contents are as follows: (1) the fixed point first determines how many maintenance points a CNC machine tool has, analyzes the equipment scientifically, and finds out the location where the fault may occur. As long as you "keep an eye on" these maintenance points, if there is a fault, you will find it in time.

(3) how often should the inspection be carried out on a regular basis, and the inspection period should be determined.Some points may be checked several times per shift, and some may be checked once a month or several months. it should be determined according to the specific situation. 

(4) to determine which items to check at each maintenance point should also be clearly defined. One or several items may be checked at each point. 

(5) who shall carry out the inspection, whether it is the operator, maintenance personnel or technical personnel, shall be carried out to the person according to the inspection location and technical precision requirements. 

(6) there should also be regulations on how to check the method, whether to observe manually or to measure with instruments, and whether to use ordinary instruments or precision instruments. 

(7) the environment and steps of inspection should be stipulated, whether it is to be inspected in production operation or shutdown inspection, whether to disintegrate inspection or not to disintegrate inspection.

From the point of view of the requirements and contents of the spot inspection, the spot inspection can be divided into three levels: full-time spot inspection, daily spot inspection and production point inspection, and the schematic diagram of the maintenance process of CNC machine tools. 


1. Full-time spot inspection.

2. Daily spot inspection.

3. Production spot inspection. 

Responsible for spot inspection of CNC machine tools in operation, and responsible for lubrication, fastening and other work.
