What Other People Just Like You Are Saying About
Rehab & Performance Academy…

Andrea Stelmack Overcame A Spinal Injury And Is Now Back To Running In Races!

"As a college athlete, I tore my ACL and worked with many different doctors and physical therapists, but none have compared in regards to knowledge, empathy, and passion he demonstrates. I would never have been able to come back as strong as I did had it not been for Kaan."

Michael Overcame Meniscus Surgery And Is Now Back To Running And Walking!

"I had surgery to repair my torn ACL on my left knee. Two weeks after my surgery I came in to see Chris. He was encouraging, and worked at my pace. Chris incorporated drills so I would feel more comfortable to gain the confidence to test my limits so that I can progress to my normal activity level. For me this made all the difference in the healing process because he didn’t just help me overcome my physical crutch, but also my mental crutch. He has a holistic approach to healing allowing him to go above and beyond. Couldn’t have asked for a better physical therapist."

A Message From The Founder Of Rehab & Performance Academy, Chris Smith:

Chris Smith

Co-Founder

Are you frustrated by another pain any time you attempt to increase your running intensity? Are you disappointed because pain is holding you back from one of your weekly therapeutic runs to clear your mind, or running your best and feeling confident in your next race ?

Several years ago, I was fortunate to be able to personally experience a running gait analysis and saw how it was able to help me address my imbalances, feel healthy and strong running again, and finish my next marathon with my best time ever. I was determined to learn everything about running and gait deviations, and it became my mission to help keep runners on the road and off the sideline.

You don’t have to accept your pain over problems that can be fixed. Part of fixing a problem is being aware of what that problem is...That’s why we made this free guide just for you.

You see, everyone who experiences pain while running on Long Island asks us the same questions…

  • Why does my pain return every time I attempt to run again? (I don’t even know what I did…)
  • Why isn’t this pain going away even though I’ve been running more frequently?
  • Am I going to have to live with pain forever?

We have good news: you don’t have to “live with it”. There is still more that can be done and we’re here to show you the way.

Most people get stuck trying to make a decision about what to do next. They go days, weeks, months (even years!) without taking action.

The one thing we can guarantee is that by doing nothing, your pain and running form won’t get better.

So the next important thing is to take action.
