1. Periods to be irregular

4. Premenopause

Take 7 to 8 hours of complete sleep. Due to not sleeping properly, changes in hormones start, which harm your body as well as affect fertility.

6. Tension

Many types of problems start due to being under stress, one of them is infertility.

How to overcome the problem of infertility:

  • Eat a balanced diet every day.
  • Take time to do yoga or exercise.
