There are lots of guys who are facing lots of problems regarding their weight. Some guys eat a lot but their weight doesn’t increase. But the question is what do you eat properly? Properly means do you eat proper nutrition and in a proper way? They face many problems in increasing their weight. SO here I am talking about how to increase weight fast. This will help you to gain weight. There is too much struggle in gaining a healthy weight. But don’t lose your hopes. Struggle in gaining weight is more than losing weight. One major problem some guys face is that they don’t eat non-veg food. Everybody knows a non-veg diet helps you more to increase weight as compare to a veg diet. But don’t worry there are lots of veg food that will help you to put on your weight. Weight increases in two ways. First is an unhealthy weight. Whatever you eat like junk foods. Then you may be put on some weight but that kind of weight is not healthy. By eating such kinds of food you will get your weight on the stomach or on your face. You will not get any muscle mass. You will get only bad fat on your body which will look very ugly. This method makes your body shape ugly. And also this kind of food is harmful to your body. It may harm your body in different ways. Second is a healthy weight. By eating healthy foods like oats, milk, paneer, pulses, etc, you will get a healthy weight. And a healthy weight makes your body shape proper.
To increase your weight you have to surplus your calories. Let me clear about the surplus of calories.. First, you have to calculate your intake of calories. To calculate your calories multiply your body weight with 30. Suppose your body weight is 55kg. Multiply 55 with 30, SO 55*30=1650. It means you require 1650 calories daily to maintain your body weight. Now add 500-600 more calories to gain weight.
Three main things for gaining healthy weight are protein, carbs and fat. Let’s talk about carbs, protein, and fat.
So these three things are important things to increase your weight.


Carbs: carbs are all about energy and are found in foods like fruits, vegetables, bread, pasta, and dairy products. Your body uses these foods to make glucose, which is your body's main energy source."Carbohydrates provide the body with the energy it needs and is a good source of many vitamins and minerals.

Fat: Fat is an essential part of our diet and is important for good health. When eaten in large amounts, all fats, including healthy fats, can contribute to weight gain. Fat is higher in energy (kilojoules) than any other nutrient and so eating less fat overall is likely to help with weight loss.

Protein: The single most essential nutrient for gaining healthy weight is protein. Muscle is made of protein and without it, most of those extra calories may end up as body fat.  Protein is an important building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood

 Make a proper combination of all these three nutrition and put on weight on your body.

 Things you have to remember are that

  1. Drink more water. Water keeps your body hydrated.
  2. Always focused on your goals
  3. Divide your nutrition into 5-6 meals a day
  4. Don’t be too hasty. Have patience.
