The High Blood Pressure Program Review
If you have high blood pressure and have searched the Internet for alternative therapies, chances are you have found 3 Christian Goodman exercises to lower blood pressure without using medications.
I first downloaded and tried the Christian Goodman 3 exercises in 2009. This assessment is based on my personal experience.
In his video presentation (nearly 50 minutes long) Christian Goodman draws some tricks to reverse your psychology - from fear of the effects of hypertension, anger on the pharmaceutical industry and Government regulators, along with a sense of hope that these 3 great exercises will cure your blood pressure worries - almost overnight!
Although these exercises may help some people lower their blood pressure over time, but in my opinion, Christian Goodman's claims have been exaggerated.
Even after listening to his hypnotic 50-minute video lecture on high blood pressure and his 'miraculous remedy,' we still didn't receive any practical details about the exercises.
The fact that he didn't reveal any details about the 3 workouts could be intriguing and sales - but I think it's fair that people have a clearer idea of what these exercises include before buying - So I describe them in detail below.
The High Blood Pressure Program is distributed in both audio and recording formats - complimenting each other - though only performing exercises while listening to audio is easiest.
3 antihypertensive exercises by Christian Goodman
1. Walking in Rhythm exercises
The first exercise based on a 10-minute rhythmic walk can be done indoors on the spot or while taking a walk outside. It involves swinging in sync and repeating to yourself, right, left, etc.
That's it! Easy but effective?
In fact, even light physical activity such as walking or moving around can benefit your health and blood pressure over time - but don't expect a miraculous cure from it!
2. Exercise to release emotions
The next exercise is an "emotional release exercise" involving the breathing that is regulated and undergoes an emotional state (and release). It is based on the principle that this exercise will release stress and stress is the main cause of your hypertension - right? If not you are not lucky with this exercise.
The guided emotional release exercise lasts about 20 minutes. It is a mix of breathing exercises, deep relaxation and meditation.
Hope to feel very relaxed, or maybe drift off to sleep while practicing this exercise.
3. Traditional relaxation exercises
Christian told us that this deep relaxation exercise is best done just before bed. It is about 20 minutes long and focuses on breathing and relaxing muscles.
Studies have shown that blood pressure tends to decrease when the mind and body are relaxed so they will have a beneficial effect so doing this exercise can only be a good thing. But whether this exercise has any long-term benefits on your blood pressure is unknown.
As with the emotional release exercise, if too much stress and stress are not the main causes of your high blood pressure, it will not be a complete cure.
All 3 exercises are relatively easy to perform and do not take too much time. Anyone who practices one or more of these exercises daily will probably reduce overall stress.
Whether or not stress can lead to significant and permanent blood pressure reduction is up to you. If the main cause of your high blood pressure is too much stress and stress in your life, three Christian Goodman exercises can be beneficial.
However, I would not consider it a cure for enough blood pressure. Most people have high blood pressure for several reasons - including family history, diet and insufficient exercise.
But playing fair with Christian Goodman, the program comes with a 100% money back guarantee. If the 3 exercises don't lead to a drop in blood pressure in a few weeks, you can get a refund on your investment.
For those of you who want to test, Christian Goodman now sells its products with a 50-minute video presentation. The button to buy the 3 exercises does not appear for the first 7 or 8 minutes, so you will have to wait at least long before you can place an order.
