Mama's Choice Plantain Fufu Mix gives you the flexibility and the ease needed to produce a delicious fufu.

Preparation Instructions

Simple Instructions for Best Results:

Fufu mix + water.

Stovetop Instructions:

1. Bring 2 parts water to a boil in a pot. (Stove should be on high heat).

2. Add 1 part fufu mix to boiling water while mixing.

3. Continue mixing and kneading for about 10-12 minutes or until desired consistency is reached.

Microwave Instructions:

1. Add 1 part fufu mix to 2 parts water in a microwave-safe bowl.

2. Mix until you reach a uniform and smooth consistency.

3. Cover bowl and place into microwave for 2 minutes on high setting.

4. Remove and knead fufu for approximately one minute.

5. Sprinkle water on the surface of the fufu.

6. Repeat steps 3-5 until desired consistency is reached.
