Tasty food that can be done by using Nutrela Granules

Steps to be done before making soya bhurji

  • Initially, Soya granules have to be soaked, the part of ¾ soya granules will be placed in a bowl.
  • Add some warm water into it.
  • Close the bowl with a lid and it is soaked for 5 to 7 minutes.
  • After 5 to 7 minutes now open the bowl and the soya has to be squeezed to remove excess water from it. Nearly one and a half cup of soaked soya will be available for cooking.

Ingredients that can be used for making soya Bhurji

  • One and a half cup of soaked soya granules.
  • Two tablespoons of oil
  • ¼ cup of onions
  • One tablespoon of garlic       
  • ½ cup of tomatoes.
  • ½ tablespoon fresh Turmeric powder
  • One tablespoon chili powder.           
  • ½ tablespoon garam masala
  • Salt needed quantity 
  • ¼ cup of fresh green peas
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice

            

How to make a tasty soya Bhurji    

  • The Nonstick pan can be heated with a little quantity of oil in it. In the medium flame Onions, Ginger garlic paste and sauté can be added and the timing will be maintained for 1 to 2 minutes.
  • Then the tomatoes can be added and the water of 2 tablespoons can be added. And the fame will be on medium for 2 to 3 minutes.    
  • Then the turmeric, garam masala and chili powder can be added as needed quantity. It will be on cooking for 1 minute on medium flame. To avoid the burning of masala adds 1 tablespoon of water into it. Then the stirring has to be done occasionally. 
  • Add the fresh green peas, soya granules, and the salt. It will be cooking for the next 2 minutes and the stirring has to be done on occasion.
  • Now turn off the flame and the lemon juice can be added. It should be mixed well.
  • Now the soya bhurji is ready to serve.
