What is the difference between Instagram IG yoga accounts and youtube yoga?

Ever since Instagram came to light in late 2010 people across the world started to post their pictures for others to view. It was just pictures at first not until late 2013 Instagram launch video sharing at first it was only 15-sec sharing and with that, you are quite limited on what you want to share. So at first yoga pictures were really the only way to come across a text you could write to it. In the writing moment, you are allowed to share 1 min yoga videos and even longer on IG TV.

YouTube Yoga world has more freedom when it comes to sharing longer videos and you can have full-length yoga classes to share. I would use both channels to reach out to my audience with the Instagram account to promote my YouTube yoga classes.
