  • No internal/external development charges under this housing scheme.

  • In Gurgaon Rs 4000 per square feet for the Carpet area and Rs 500 per sq ft for the balcony area under Huda affordable housing policy 2013.

  • 2.67 lakh subsidy under this housing project.

  • Zero maintenance charges for 5 years.

  • only Indian citizens can apply for apartments under this housing policy.

  • One family one-time allotment allows.
