Led Mood Light Factory - Light Health: 2 Points

We have been thinking about the connection between the color of the light in the room and our feelings.    LED Mood Light Factory   will explain the chemical reaction of the human body using emotional lighting RGB LED:

People-centered lighting (HCL)

It is understood that our response to light is part of biology and part of physics because our bodies react to specific energies associated with a given color. For example, red lighting lets us fall asleep. In nature, human eyes respond to red in the form of sunsets and flares as a signal of the day's completion. Our body has a chemical reaction to red light, including the release of melatonin, and we feel sleepy. On the other hand, blue lighting is the color of the morning, and as the sun rises, our body responds to it by awakening us and making us more alert.

Dr. Lockley presented his research with Dr. Brock and Osram Lighting. The study used two identical classrooms, with one having a normal "warm white" illumination with a high red color and the other with "cold white" illumination with more blue. A few months later, the students changed classrooms. At the end of the study, the students complained that when they used cool white (blue) lighting in the classroom, they found that they could not sleep in the “boring” course. Dr. Lockley even found that exposure to blue light is more effective than caffeine as a stimulant. A few minutes of high-intensity blue light can increase hours of alertness.

Add color to the light mix

Using some of the concepts explored by Dr. Lockley, someone can create different lighting effects at home, depending on how they feel. The RGB LED uses red, green and blue light to create multiple colors and is the starting point. When connected to the network, the lights can be programmed for different situations and can respond to things such as time of day or weather changes. For example, when the bedtime is close, the lights can be red to help me relax. Or, if it's gray and cloudy, the light can use the blue spectrum to illuminate my view and give me a mental boost. Either way, something that is really called "emotional lighting" will be used to increase my health and improve my mindset.    https://www.nhhx.net/
